What you will do as Teamlead Production Engineering

In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in developing and implementing innovative manufacturing methods, ensuring high-quality product output.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and industrialize efficient manufacturing and assembly processes;
• Monitor progress and performance to ensure adherence to quality standards;
• Lead projects to ensure timely and succesful execution;
• Reviewing process output and suggesting improvements in control and best manufacturing practices;
• Coordinate activities with external stakeholders;
• Advise and implement enhancements in manufacturing processes, as well as introducing new methods and techniques;
• Facilitate alignment and communication among internal and external parties;

Who we are looking for

To thrive in this exciting role, you will need some prior knowledge and experience.
The criteria are the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field;
• About 5 years of experience in technical production environments;
• Previous leadership experience is preferred;
• Skill in production planning and control, along with the ability to quickly acquire industry-specific knowledge and an understanding of organizational strategy;
• Shows qualities of positivity, open-mindedness, trustworthiness, and accountability.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
