What you will do as Product Compliance Specialist

As Product Compliance Specialist you ensure the products meet global regulations and contribute to a sustainable future. Tasks will include championing safe and sustainable products.

Your primary tasks and obligations will be:

• Contact for product notifications, approvals and quality testing results with government and regulatory agencies;
• Executing internal compliance audits and providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders on product compliance subjects;
• Staying updated on regulatory changes and participating in relevant external parties;
• Managing en maintaining product compliance data and documentation, driving data improvements and ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.

Who we are looking for

You will be in contact with many different types of people. As Product Compliance Specialist you should be able to adapt to the evolving regulatory environment and be willing to develop the role further due to the constantly changing.

You are ideal for this job if you have te following competencies:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in relevant technical education;
• 3-5 years of related experience;
• Knowledge of / experience in product regulations and compliance, preferably relevant to off-highway equipment and relevant regulatory requirements;
• Proven ability to translate complex regulations into clear and actionable steps for stakeholders;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Adaptable, hands-on, customer interest focused, attention to detail, collaborative and analytical.
